KERI IS CUTE CUTE CUTE
by Karen Wiesner

Children’s Illustrated Picture Book

Out of Print

All her life, Keri had been told she was cute, cute, cute until one day someone asks what she does besides being a cutie-pie. She doesn’t draw as well as Andrew or count as high as Sarah. Keri wants to be known for more than her pretty face. What’s a cute girl to do? This story whimsically teaches parents to instill in their children reasons for valuing themselves beyond their looks.

I CAN TOUCH THE SKY
by Karen Wiesner

Children’s Illustrated Picture Book

Out of Print

Our four-year-old hero loves to be outside, swinging as high as he can on his swing. Since he was a baby, he’s loved to swing and imagine that he can touch the sky if he swings high enough. Though he’s swinging and waving to Mom from the backyard, in his rich imagination, he’s swinging from the stars way up in the sky, riding an eagle, having Mr. Moon read him stories while he dozes on the clouds, and eating “sugar” star cookies. When it starts to rain and he has to go inside, our intrepid hero doesn’t tell Mom that he made it rain by kicking a dark cloud while he swung so high.
