​In addition to having been a popular writing reference instructor and writer, professional blurbologist and freelance editor, Karen Wiesner is the accomplished author of 150 titles published, which have been nominated/won for over a hundred and thirty awards. Karen’s books cover such genres as women’s fiction, romance, mystery/police procedural/cozy, suspense, thriller, paranormal, supernatural, futuristic, fantasy, science fiction, gothic, inspirational/Christian, horror, chick-lit, and action/adventure. She also writes children’s books, poetry, and writing reference titles which have been repackaged in the 3D Fiction Fundamentals Collection. Karen will begin illustrating children's books starting in 2024. 
 
WHAT'S NEW
 
On the Alien Romance’s Blog, I’m doing a new, 5-part article called “Reflections of Life”. In looking back over the course of my life as an author who's looking forward to becoming an artist in retirement, I've learned to slow down and reflect on the past, savor the present, and look forward to the future. Interspersed through these ruminations each Friday, I'll include some of my own most apropos sketches. I encourage everyone, not just those interested in writing (or aliens!), to read this.
